Forms Management
County Graphics has a 30,000 square ft. warehouse centrally located in Linden, New Jersey that is used to inventory our customers’ high volume forms, stationary, labels wristbands, paper and specialty products. With our forms management system, clients are able to easily and seamlessly:Clients can easily access forms electronically through our on-line ordering capabilities. We provide desk-to-desk delivery at no extra charge and all shipments are F.O.B. destination.
Warehouse, Delivery and Distribution:
County Graphics has warehousing centrally located in New Jersey to service our clients' needs in the Tri-State Area. The warehoused inventories are separated into client-designated locations within our controlled storage facility. Delivery and distribution is based on our Pick and Pack Stockless Inventory System that includes desk-to-desk departmental delivery. All merchandise is delivered and distributed by County Graphics Forms Management, LLC employees.

Shredding Service

County Graphics Shredding services can help you develop and implement a cost-effective, secure document destruction solution.
As part of our full service Forms Management program, County Graphics will go from department to department and remove your full bins of paper waste in secure County Graphics bags and replace the department bins with one of our replacement bags. The full bags are placed in a large locked transportation bin and moved to our truck by our certified employee in accordance with HIPPA regulations. The secured documents will be locked in our vehicle, recorded and signed out then returned to our Shredding Facility to be destroyed. A Certificate of Destruction is provided to each client for their records.
